SWEET BEGINNINGS - the 6 week program
The 6-week program includes an initial 90 minute wellness intake session followed by 5 one-hour meetings which include review of intake and lifestyle form, personalized wellness plan for nutrition, meal prep tips and mind body work. We create an action plan and review progress while making modifications along the way to ensure optimal body, mind and energy. Accountability and commitment are key to success and our meetings will help to ensure you meet your goals. This program is for those who want to experience the benefits of integrative health and nutrition and kick off a lifestyle focused on well being.
