MIND body FOOD CONNECTION
Most people want to know- what should I eat? And certainly what we eat matters. Nutrient-dense food strengthens our immunity, gut, brain, and physical health and importantly our quality of sleep. But what we are consuming off our plate is just as important as what we’re choosing to put on our plate.
My passion is nourishing while building community. Simplifying using locally sourced seasonal ingredients in our daily lives and building a health conscious community through my monthly Supper Club. I am a true believer that food is medicine and our backyard is our best pharmacy. I am passionate about helping people attain their wellness goals and hope to be able to help you kick start your journey as well!
