MIND body FOOD CONNECTION

Cooking is how I unleash my soul into the world. It’s my passion & art and also my grounding force. Nutrition counseling is how I help others dig deep into their connection to food and how to use it as a tool to align body and mind. Personally, I tend to live in my head a lot so I turn to meditation, yoga, sport and dancing as a way to get back into my body and out of my head! Most people ask me- what should I be eating? And that’s a fair question but not the only question. Nutrient-dense food strengthens our immunity, gut, brain and physical health and importantly our quality of sleep. But what we are consuming off our plate is just as important as what’s on it. And that’s where the work begins and what integrative nutrition is all about.

My passion is nourishing while building community. Simplifying using locally sourced seasonal ingredients in our daily lives and building a health conscious community through my monthly Supper Club. I believe that food is medicine and that our backyard is our best pharmacy and am passionate about helping people attain their wellness goals. With the right guidance we become our own best healers and in healing ourselves we have the capacity to heal the world.
